Consecutive Blasts in Kunar, Kunduz and Badakhshan Leave One Dead and 9 Injured

As a result of consecutive explosions in Kunar, Kunduz, and Badakhshan provinces, one person is killed and nine others are injured, local sources reported on Sunday.

In the first explosion this morning in the center of Kunar province, one Taliban fighter is killed and four others are wounded.

It is reported that the blast was due to a magnetic planted mine in a Taliban vehicle.

In the second blast in Kunduz, four civilians are injured when a roadside bomb exploded near a money exchange market, in the 3rd district of the province.

Likewise, in the last explosion in Badakhshan province, a vehicle carrying Taliban fighters was targeted by a mine in Faizabad, the center of the province, injuring one child.

So far, no group has claimed responsibility for the blasts in these provinces.
